Staff

Besides the coach, you can hire other staff member to help you manage your team. You can only have one member of each type. Hiring a member of the staff is similar to hiring a coach. Either you can try to contract a free staff waiting 24 hours from the first bid or you can contract a rookie staff or you can hire an agent to find an experience staff. Rookie staffs have less experience (and so less salary) and will accept your offer instantly. If you are starting in OnFire the later is probably the best option.

Physios

Physios have the following skills:

• Recovery: This skill helps you injure players to heal sooner.
• Sport massage: This skill improve the efficiency of bath and massage.
• Functional dressing: Dressing reduces the risk of re-injures for bruised players and make them play better in matches.
• Injures prevention: Prevention helps to reduce the risk of minor injures both in matches and trainings.

Trainers

Trainer have also a very important role in your team. These are theirs skills:

• Conditioning: Improve the conditioning training.
• Streaching: Streaching helps to reduce tiredness both in matches and trainings.
• Warm-up: Helps supporting high intensities both in matches and trainings.
• Injures prevention: With a proper conditioning players have less risks of minor injures.

Skills improve

Staff can improve a skill as they are getting more experience. You can select the skill each member of your staff will improve, using the focus option on each staff. Take into account that staff salary dependens on theirs skills, and so as they are improving theirs skills the salary will be higher. Notice too that a staff will skills 4-1-1-1 could have a higher salary than other will skills 2-2-2-2, having the last one more experience than the first one. So you should wisely distribute your staff skills.S

Scouts

Scouts may be very important for the future of your team. Its mission is to find new talents that can serve your team in the future, either for your roster or for sale. You can have up to 3 different scouts. You must order each scout to look for a certain type of talent. Once you order a new search, the scout will start looking a new talent the next day. Each scout has a hidden ability that helps him find best players in a certain position, over time you may be able to figure out that hidden ability, as you can see the promoted players by position. The scouts could take up to 1 week in finding a new talent, then you could see the new talent found. If you are interested in promoting him you can do it always that have not promoted this week another talent. Only 1 talent can be promoted per week regardless of the number of scouts you have. If you reject or promote the rookie you will be able start a new search with your scout. If you want the player but You can not promote him this week, you will have to wait until the next to do so.

In general, experienced scouts usually find better rookies and even need less time than the scouts least experiement. Even so, find a good rookie is difficult and many weeks you will not find a suitable rookie for your team. The scouts improve their experience with every search they do but keep in mind that they have no skills (only experience) so you can not change their learning.
